At Shri Krishna Chaitanya Mahasangha Charitable Trust, we are committed to using all donations and contributions strictly for charitable, religious, and social welfare purposes.
All donations made through our website are:
- Voluntary
- Final
- Non-transferable
- Non-refundable
Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Exceptions (Technical or Duplicate Transactions)
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment
- Incorrect amount debited due to technical error
- Payment deducted but transaction failed
To request a refund in such cases:
- You must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date.
- Provide the following details:
- Full Name
- Transaction ID
- Date of transaction
- Amount paid
- Payment proof (if available)
After verification, if approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.
Chargeback & Dispute Policy
If a donor initiates a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the claim by providing transaction records and confirmation proof to the payment gateway.
